I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU A FREE COMPUTER!!!
We're almost there... 100 SHOWS!! This week I had to pre-record the show because I was obligated to an interview with Time Warner Cable 8 News (the interview will air on Thursday night's edition of James Reed's V.I.P. segment, August 28th at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 8) and wasn't going to be able to prepare and deliver the show on time. So, I focused primarily on the newest promotions and contests that I'm running; "100th Show Celebration Computer Give-Away" and "BSR Football Pool".
For those of you not yet aware of the computer give-away... here's the skinny:

Being that the new school year is right around the corner, I thought it would be a good idea to start talking about things to consider when deciding on a new computer for your tech-savvy students. I say it was "intended" to be that way because as I was walking out the door to head off to the radio station, I was approached by my three year old son, Isaac, with the usual round of questions:
- Daddy... are you going to work now?
- Daddy... where do you work? At the radio station?
- Daddy... will you be listening to yourself on the radio while you're at the radio station?
- Daddy... can I come with you to be on the radio station?
Well, after several weeks of the same questions, I figured it was time to give him something other than the usual "No, Isaac... you can't come with me." And, instead, I said... "okay, Buddy... get your pants on and grab a couple toys to take with you so you'll have something to play with."
